EHI Export Data Dictionary
The Electronic Health Information Export for Sapphire EHR allows customers to export patient health information from the electronic health record. Users can export data from a single patient or upon request data from a patient population.
File Formats
The data exports can contain 4 different sections. It will contain a CCD document in XML format in accordance with the HL7 Version 3 Clinical Document Architecture. It will also contain a full patient health record in PDF format, a complete medication administration record in PDF format as well as any documents that have been uploaded to the patient chart.
Naming Conventions
Sapphire Health supports multi-factor authentication to any user that opts into the use of multi-factor authentication and provides either a mobile phone number or an email address to receive a one-time code.
