Sapphire provides the capability to capture a current list of the offender’s specialized medical and adaptive equipment, including a reason for the equipment in a customizable module. It can be quickly accessed from the patient chart using a special needs and restrictions icon.
In addition, Sapphire has interfaced with several OMS/JMS applications to automatically sync restrictions and limitations between systems so all staff has access to needed information.
